Prof. YANG Qinmin invited as Associate Editor of two IEEE transactions

Recently, Professor YANG Qinmin was invited as an Associate Editor to serve two IEEE Transactions -- IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, and IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems.

YANG Qinmin is a professor in the College of Control Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University. His recent research interests are based on a balance between control theory and applications.

Prof. Yang obtained his Ph.D degree from the University of Missouri-Rolla in 2007. From 2007 to 2009, he was a system engineer in Caterpillar Inc. and from 2009 to 2010, he was a Research Fellow in University of Connecticut. He received the First Prize of Scientific and Technological Award of Zhejiang Province in 2017. He also received IEEE ICMIC 2017 Best Application Paper and IEEE YAC 2018 Best Application Paper awards.
