Invensys donates million-dollar worthy industrial control software to Zhejiang University

To support education of Zhejiang University, the world famous vendor of integrated automation system, Invensys Operations Management, donated million-dollar worthy industrial control software to Zhejiang University on July 20, 2011 in its headquarter in Beijing. The donated software includes the multi-user version of SimSci-Esscor, an industrial process simulation and optimization software. On behalf of Zhejiang University, the deputy dean of faculty of information technology of Zhejiang University, Prof. RONG Gang, attended the donation ceremony and accepted the donation from the vice president of Invensys, Mr. SONG Yingge. Prof. Rong showed sincere gratitude to Invensys Group for its support to Zhejiang University. This suite of software will be directly applied to the graduate and graduate teaching and laboratory research in control department of Zhejiang University.
