“Big Data Security and Privacy Protection” 课程和任课教师介绍

本课程讲授大数据安全与隐私保护的基本知识、理论框架和背景，使学生对课程内容架构有基础性的学习，达到初步理解原理、了解方法与结论的首要目标。为使学生对密码学、同态加密、匿名网络通信等含义有较深入的理解，在每堂课的教学过程中，均设置3~5个启发性的问题，引导学生思考和讨论（如环境和学生学习进度合适，可考虑组织小组讨论，或鼓励学生上讲台讲述交流），促使学生对一些重要的基本内容有较细致的思考和理解。在此前提下，辅以学生课后自学，通过布置课后作业，使学生进一步学习差分隐私、数据隐私泄露案例等方面知识。

Rongxing Lu

Dr. Lu has been an assistant professor at the Faculty of Computer Science, University of New Brunswick (UNB), Canada, since August 2016. Before that, he worked as an assistant professor at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singaporefrom May 2012 to August 2016. He received his PhD degree from the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering, University of  Waterloo, Canada, in 2012 and won the 8th IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc) Asia Pacific (AP) Outstanding Young Researcher Award, in 2013. He is presently a senior member of IEEE Communications Society. His research interests include applied cryptography, privacy enhancing technologies, and IoT-Big Data security and privacy. He has published extensively in his areas of expertise (with more than 7500 citations from Google Scholar), and was the recipient (with his students and colleagues) of the Student Best Paper Award, ITS Summit Singapore 2015, the IEEE IES Student Best Paper Award 2014, the Best Paper Awards of TSINGHUA Science and Technology Journal 2014, IEEE ICCC 2015, IEEE WCNC 2013, BodyNets 2010, and IEEE ICCCN 2009. He was/is on the editorial boards of several international referred journals, e.g., IEEE Network, and currently serves the technical symposium co-chair of IEEE Globecom’16, and many technical program committees of IEEE and others international conferences, including IEEE INFOCOM and ICC. Dr. Lu currently serves as the Secretary of IEEE ComSoc CIS-TC (Communications and Information Security Technical Committee). Dr. Lu is the Winner of 2016-17 Excellence in Teaching Award, FCS, UNB.

Jiming Chen

Dr. Chen is a Changjiang Scholars Professor with College of Control Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University. He is vice Dean of Facutly of Information Technology,  Deputy Director of the State Key laboratory of Industrial Control Technology, Director of Industrial Process Control. He was a visiting researcher at University of Waterloo from 2008 to 2010. Currently, he serves/served associate editors for ACM TECS, IEEE TPDS, IEEE Network, IEEE TCNS, IEEE TII, etc. He has been appointed as a distinguished lecturer of IEEE vehicular technology society 2015, and selected in National Program for Special Support of Top-Notch Young Professionals, and also funded Excellent Youth Foundation of NSFC. He also was the recipients of IEEE INFOCOME 2014 Best Demo Award, IEEE ICCC 2014 best paper award, IEEE PIMRC 2012 best paper award, and JSPS Visiting Fellowship 2011. He also received the IEEE Comsoc Asia-pacific Outstanding Young Researcher Award 2011. He is a Distinguished Lecturer of IEEE Vehicular Technology Society (2015-2018), and a Felllow of IEEE. His research interests include networked control, sensor networks, cyber security, IoT..

Shibo He

Dr. He is currently a research professor with at College of Control Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University. His research interests include Internet of Things, Data analysis and Network science. He is on the editorial board of IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, Springer Peer-to-Peer Networking and Application and a guest editor of Elsevier Computer Communications and Hindawi International Jounral of Distribted Sensor Networks. Dr. He served as the Technical Program Chair of International Symposium on Pervasive Systems, Algorithms and Networks 2018, International Conference on Scalable Computing and Communications (ScalCom), the Program Vice Co-chair for the International Conferences on Ambient Systems, Networks, and Technologies (ANT) 2013 and 2014. He also served as the Track Co-chair for the International Conference on Communications 2017, the Pervasive Algorithms, Protocols, and Networks track of the International Conference on Emerging Ubiquitous Systems and Pervasive Networks 2013, as the Web Co-Chair for the IEEE International Conference on Mobile Ad hoc and Sensor Systems 2013, as the Publicity Co-chair for the IEEE International Workshop on Wireless Sensor, Actuator, and Robot Networks 2010 and the International Conference on Future Networks and Communications 2014.
